Summary:
Announce yourself when you arrive at the guest room.
Departure Cleaning Empty Trash.
Remove soiled sheets and pillow slips.
Inspect bedbugs, stains, damage, and debris.
Remove all soiled terries.
Remove and replace shower curtain and mat.
Apply chemicals and scrub and clean bathroom walls, floors, and all fixtures including light switches, showerheads, toilets, and basins inside and out.
Microfiber clean all mirrors.
Dust all FF&E.
Empty drawers and wipe clean.
Reset bed with sheets.
Reset pillow slips.
Dust and wipe clean shelves, and closets.
Reset room.
Due a once over to ensure your room is ready for inspections.

Maintains the cleanliness of assigned areas with the use of basic professional cleaning tools, supplies, and chemicals.
3.
Greets and assists guests at every opportunity.
Ability to orally communicate with team members and management.
Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
Ability to work with people from a variety of different ethnic backgrounds and managerial levels.
Ability to communicate using radio and cellular phone.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, service-oriented attitude towards our clients and their representatives, team members, and management.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Commitment to acting in the best interest of the company Standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods of time are common.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Be able to understand and explain manufacturer's recommended use and storage.

Be able to understand and explain proper procedures in case of emergencies.
