Responsibilities:
- Host are responsible for seating guest and managing the seat charts via Yelp Waitlist.
- Answers the phone with a smile and with a pleasant and inviting greeting.
- Must always have a positive and welcoming face.
- Communicate, manage and accommodate guest requests and expectations.
- Manage Take-out orders and online togo orders.
- Clear, set and sanitize tables and seating between seatings.
- Finish sidework duties before clocking out.
