, Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security/Loss Prevention) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problemDispatch bell staff or valet staff as neededCommunicate parking procedures to guests/visitorsMaintain security of vehicles and vehicle keysMonitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisorNotify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theftAnswer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concernsFollow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisorWelcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needsSpeak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette; exchange information using electronic devicesDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goalsEnter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systemsStand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shiftRead and visually verify information in a variety of formatsMove, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistancePerform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
