The Challenge:
As a Sales Associate will be tasked with creating an amazing experience for our customers from the moment they enter the store until they exit.
You will become a product expert to assist customers and ensure all their shopping needs are exceeded.
We are seeking confident individuals who are enthusiastic about building loyalty for our brands and their store.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greet customers as they enter the store and ensure their experience in the store is smooth and pleasant Exemplify an optimistic and energetic presence through team collaboration while building strong relationships with customers to maximize customer loyaltyEnsure store is consistently recovered and customer ready everyday meeting brand standards on the sales floor and back-of-house.
Collaborate with Store Leadership to achieve store performance goalsBecome a product expert to provide recommendations and assist customers Continuously seek and provide feedback to elevate the customer experience The Reward:
