What will I be doing?
As a Bilingual Sales Executive (Japanese & English), you would be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our guests and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
1. Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers
2. Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise
4. Attend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates
5. Utilize selling concepts prompted at HGVC
6. Utilize various forms of communication (i.e.:email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners
7. Ability to generate referral leads with each new customer
8. Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies
9. Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic Requirements:
1. Must meet minimum sales efficiency requirements under compensation plan.
2. Must be able to obtain a HI Real Estate license within the first 90 days of employment
3. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
4. Fluency (reading/writing/speaking) in Japanese and Business level English
5. 5
years of proven sales experience and/or 1 year timeshare experience
6. 5
years proven ability to negotiate high end sales and effectively close the sale
7. Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
8. Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
9. Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
Preferred
Qualifications:
1. Current HI RE license holder
2. Previous timeshare experience a plus

years of supervisory and/or management experience preferred
