As a Bartender, you would be responsible for checking guests for proper identification, manages method of payment, and serves alcohol according to State, Federal and corporate liquor regulations. Serve beverages to guests in the hotel. Ensure the proper and adequate set-up of bars. Stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet. Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. Mix and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
_Basic Qualifications_ :
High school graduate or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age at the time of hire
Minimum one year previous bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment
Ability to lift up to 100lbs without reasonable accommodations
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills

State issued Food Handler Certificate
