Common Area Attendant - Bay Club

Common Area Attendant with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all common public areas on a daily basis to include guestroom buildings and surroundings.
Clean, stock and replenish public restrooms on an hourly basis.
Cleans Pool decks and areas.
All must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with Hilton Standards.

What will I be doing? Common Area Attendant with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all common public areas on a daily basis to include guestroom buildings and surroundings.
Clean, stock and replenish public restrooms on an hourly basis.
Cleans Pool decks and areas.
All must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with Hilton Standards.
In addition, you will also be responsible for the following:
Keeps all equipment in working order and clean.
Promptly report any repair or engineering requests Check all public restrooms on an hourly basis, clean and replenish supplies as needed.
Clean grill stations and surrounding areas Clean exterior of buildings, walkways, stairwells, entry doors, trash rooms and elevator cabs Clean pool decks and surrounding areas.
Report any safety hazards immediately.
Remove garbage as required to a designated disposal area.
Documents and communicates maintenance requests to engineering department to ensure the model rooms and Sales Gallery quality standards are met.
Respond quickly to guest request in a friendly manner.
Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Work in a fast-paced stressful environment Display professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Follow company philosophies, policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to appropriate departments.
Ensure resort complies with all federal, state and local laws, including OSHA.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management.
What are we looking for? BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school graduate or equivalency required Minimum (1) year customer service PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum (1) year hospitality experience Janitorial experience in hospitality environment ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Relocation is not available for this position.
Local candidates preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
