Sales Executive

What will I be doing? As a Sales Executive, you would be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our guests and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise Attend all sales training and sales meeting for Grand Vacations Club product and related updates Utilize selling concepts provided by Hilton Grand Vacations Utilize various forms of communication (email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners Generate referral leads with each new customer Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies Work in a team environment Basic Requirements:
Must meet minimum sales efficiency requirements under compensation plan.
Must be able to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license within the first 90 days of employment Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English At least five years of proven sales experience At least five years of proven ability to negotiate high end sales and effectively close the sale Ability to resolve complex customer service issues Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment Minimum of five years of customer service experience Preferred Qualifications:
Current Hawaii Real Estate license holder Previous timeshare experience At least seven years of customer service preferred At least three years of supervisory and/or management experience preferred At least seven years of proven sales experience At least seven years of proven ability to negotiate high end sales and effectively close the sale Experience working for the Hilton Worldwide brand What are we looking for? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
