Maintenance Supervisor - Kings Land

What will I be doing?
As a Maintenance Supervisoryou would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hotel facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment.
Supervises, directs and coordinates daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by maintenance technicians.
Working supervisor that contributes to the success of internal/external preventative maintenance programs and ensures quality and timely performance through follow-up inspection and due diligence.
Visually inspect, operate, and maintain various guestrooms, common area and associated mechanical equipment systems throughout the complex.
Utilizing knowledge of building mechanical systems such as, but not limited to, water distribution, fire detection, air conditioning, swimming pools is required.
Limited computer knowledge for PM scheduling, daily assignments and other computerized engineering systems is required.
Interpretation of blue prints and technical manuals along with knowledge in the use of various tools and equipment is necessary.
Performs various maintenance assignments and performs quality inspections.
Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems as required to comply with local regulatory codes.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related experience required.
  • Previous property maintenance experience required.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
