Romanos Macaroni Grill - Regional Culinary Director Romanos Macaroni Grill - Waikoloa, HI

Primary Duties:
Manages and coordinates all back of house operations to optimize profits by controlling costs while maintaining brand procedures. This position manages all Executive Kitchen Managers on the Big Island, including the Romano?s Macaroni Grill location and the Ruth's Chris Steak House location is responsible for their development as well as their performance day to day. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the systems that increase guest satisfaction and ensure all standards of quality, recipe adherence and service are met.
Influence on Costs and Sales
Adherence to company standards and service levels increases sales and minimizes costs.
Oversees restaurant with annual sales of $2.0 - $5+ million.
Proper handling of guest complaints to ensure an increase of future sales.
Ensures safe work and guest environment.
Minimize high inventory.
Specific Job Skills:

Must know how to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to work varying shifts and maintain attendance in accordance with Company policy.

Must have the ability to pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and have a high level of patience.
Education and Experience:
Culinary Degree required
4 year college degree preferred
Minimum of six (6) years kitchen management experience in a full service restaurant
Special Working Conditions:
Position requires extensive interaction with the public and all levels of employees? both within and outside of organization.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in an environment where there may be regular exposure to noise, odors, fumes, temperature fluctuations, grease and other conditions associated with a restaurant.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store food, beverage items, smallwares and service equipment.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Vision abilities to include: distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral. Also the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to continuously use fingers to bilaterally operate point of sale equipment, prepare and serve food/beverage items.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
